Community Operations Analyst - Hebrew Speaker
* Assist client community, resolve inquiries empathetically and on time.
* Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and advocate for the community effectively.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.
* Display a bias to doing what is right.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client platform.
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed and empathy.
* Use market-specific knowledge and insights to identify scalable solutions.
* Collect, analyze and utilize relevant data to improve the user experience.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports.
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy.
