Location and Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week at our designated office location. Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Direct Sourcing and International Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment of qualified professionals for Children’s Residential Social Care Services across Ireland. The successful candidate will identify, engage, and onboard top-tier candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles within children’s residential care, including Social Care Workers, Team Leaders, and Managers.
* Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
* Manage international recruitment campaigns, particularly targeting qualified professionals from EU and non-EU countries.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, CORU registration standards, and Tusla guidelines.
* Coordinate candidate relocation support and onboarding processes for international hires.
* Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent the organization at job fairs, open days, and international recruitment events.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Social Care, Healthcare, or Nonprofit sectors.
* Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and international talent acquisition.
* Strong understanding of the Irish social care landscape, particularly Children’s Residential Services.
* Familiarity with CORU registration and Tusla Child & Family Agency standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Desirable
* Degree or qualification in HR, Social Care, or related field.
* Experience recruiting for trauma-informed or therapeutic care settings.
* Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.

* Develop and deliver Recruitment-related training for staff, including induction training for new managers.
