B2B Sales Executive Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our food company in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow sales within the food service, retail, and wholesale sectors.
* Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring repeat business.
* Visit customers regularly, present solutions, and negotiate terms.
* Work with operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
* Report on sales activity and pipeline.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining strong commercial relationships with key clients.
* Negotiating and closing deals.
* Providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have:
* 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivation, target-driven attitude, and flexibility.
* A full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
