We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Events Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to play a central role in the delivery of high-profile events and the smooth running of specialist professional groups.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing secretariat support to several specialist professional associations. This will include organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
You will also coordinate and support a wide range of events, including member seminars, breakfast briefings, conferences, and public events. Your responsibilities will extend to handling event logistics from concept through to completion, managing registration systems, and communicating with attendees and speakers.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to develop and maintain strong working relationships with members, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects.
Key qualities we are looking for in this candidate include:
