Site Engineer Commercial Projects (Bray or Red Cow, Dublin) A commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of commercial building projects in Bray or Red Cow, Dublin.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.This is a hands-on, site-based role ideal for a Site Engineer with a solid civil or building construction background who is looking to progress their career on high-quality commercial schemes.Role: Provide technical support and engineering oversight on commercial construction sites.Assist the Site Manager with site supervision, planning, and coordination of works.Ensure construction works are executed to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Review and interpret drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.Carry out setting out, survey works, and checks on site.Monitor subcontractor performance and progress, reporting any issues to the Site Manager.Support health & safety compliance on site and contribute to a strong safety culture.Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, reports, and inspections.Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions on site.Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on commercial construction projects in Ireland.Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.Strong understanding of construction methods, specifications, and building regulations.Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health & safety legislation and safe systems of work.Full clean driving licence and right to work in Ireland.Package: Salary: €60,000 €70,000 (DOE) Company vehicle or travel allowance Pension, healthcare, and additional benefits Opportunities for career development and long-term progression If you are a Site Engineer considering a career move, please send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion, or email your CV to.GPC will not send any applicants CVs to clients without a full discussion and prior consent.
