This is including but not limited to, Property and Commercial Management Companies, Estate Agents, Property Owners/Developers, public tendering opportunities and existing competitor contracts.Develop and promote innovative solutions using technical advancementsDevelop and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for potential clientsNew client/site implementation, working with suppliers and operations to ensure all is completed in line with legislation and company policies.Account Management – looking at current accounts and ways of selling enhanced services to existing clientsMaintain an update company CRM (Salesforce) with accurate, with up-to-date contact and activity detailsParticipate in events to market the products such as exhibitions, seminars, trade showsUtilise tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and prospect new customersYour skills and experienceDegree in Business or equivalent qualificationExtensive experience in a rapid growth technical sales environmentGood working knowledge of Microsoft XP.
