Cpl HR recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple sites, supporting leaders to drive strong people, culture, and performance outcomes.
This role will suit a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led environment, has a full clean driving license and can accommodate a fully onsite position.
Key Responsibilities will include: Deliver HR strategy and support workforce planning.
Lead recruitment and monitor hiring metrics.
Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and training compliance.
Manage complex employee relations issues Carry out HR audits and ensure legal and policy compliance.
Support performance management, talent development, and engagement.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects.
Skills and experience required: CIPD qualified or equivalent.
5+ years HR generalist experience, ideally multi-site (healthcare, hospitality, retail or similar).
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; union/WRC experience an advantage.
Skilled across recruitment, ER, talent development, and workforce planning.
Change management or TUPE experience desirable.
Strong analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused.
Full clean driving licence required.
