M Luxury Hospitality Recruitment are searching for a FOH manager for a 5* Resort Hotel in Galway city.
The role will be charged with leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver outstanding levels of service to guests of the Hotel.
Main Duties:
* Oversee all front office operations including reception, concierge, and night audit, swithboard and door staff.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the front office and guest relations teams
* Develop and implement SOPs for consistent service delivery
* Handle VIP guests and special requirements with discretion and excellence
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team.
* Strong, professional communication skills are essential, both oral and written.
* The ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative and have a passion for the hospitality business.
Salary guide €48-50k DOE
