Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Business Partner in Cavan.
Hybrid role after settling in period.
Salary up to €60,000 plus pension.
Main duties: Coach and guide managers on performance management, employee engagement, and development conversations.
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes.
Support the delivery of HR initiatives and projects that align with business goals.
Provide accurate HR data and insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
Keep policies and procedures up to date and user-friendly.
Champion a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, encouraging best practice in people management.
Main requirements: 5+ years experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role (FMCG or fast-paced environments ideal).
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Irish employment legislation.
Confident handling complex employee relations issues.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
A problem-solver who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
