Job Overview:
The successful candidate will work on a high-profile project for a top civil contractor in the Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular project updates to senior site agents and project managers.
* Conduct thorough site surveys and setting out operations.
* Assist in controlling plant and materials on site, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Deliver high-quality work that meets the highest standards of professionalism.
* Regularly complete accurate and detailed site diaries and paperwork.
* Attend site meetings to address any issues arising on site, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
* Maintain a strong focus on health and safety protocols throughout the project.
* Collaborate with clients and consultants as required, providing expert advice and support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A valid full clean driving license is essential.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
* Proven experience in civils, drainage, or utilities (electricity) is necessary.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong time management skills to meet project targets and deliverables.
