Head of Operations - MiFID Firm (Wealth & Asset Management)
Background
Our client, a leading wealth and asset management group with over €100 billion AUM, is establishing its new European MiFID entity in Dublin. This marks a strategically significant phase in the firm's long‑term expansion.
The organisation combines institutional scale with the opportunity to help build a new operational platform from inception. The Head of Operations will be central to creating a scalable, resilient and well‑controlled business in Ireland.
The Opportunity
This is a senior operational leadership role with significant visibility across the Dublin entity and the wider Group.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will lead all operational, client‑service, outsourced activity oversight and client‑asset responsibilities. You will work closely with the Country MD and Group Operations Director to shape an operating model designed for long‑term efficiency and growth.
Year one focuses on embedding operational frameworks, controls and governance. As the entity scales, the remit expands into operational strategy, change delivery and continual optimisation.
