My client is looking to hire a detail-oriented and analytical Cyber Risk Analyst to join a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks to the organization’s information assets. The candidate will play a crucial role in protecting the organization from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats to our systems, networks, and data.
Analyze security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention.
Monitor security systems and tools to detect and respond to potential threats in real-time.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security best practices and control measures.
Develop and maintain security documentation, including risk assessments, security policies, and incident response plans.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
Support incident response activities and participate in post-incident reviews to improve security posture.
Report on cyber risk metrics and findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards
