Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will assist the Group Quality Director in managing the Quality Management System.
This full-time role is based from our Sligo location and requires travel to residential services across the Northwest and western regions.
Candidates must be self-driven, focused, highly motivated, creative, and experienced with a passion for engaging with the people we support on a daily basis.
Your role will be focused on ensuring that the care provided meets the needs of the people we support and ensures their safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing a quality system in a care environment.
* Managing risk and incident reviews.
* Knowledge and experience in regulations, standards, and inspections.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a self-directed manner using initiative and creativity.
Requirements:
* Third level qualification in health, social care or quality management.
* At least one year experience working in a social care setting.
* Full drivers license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction.
