About the Position
* The role of a customer service representative involves providing exceptional support to clients via various channels. This includes handling queries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently, effectively, and in line with company procedures.
* This position also entails processing administrative documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Additionally, you will plan and organize your workload to deliver an efficient service.
About You
* A minimum leaving certificate with two honours and at least a B grade in ordinary level maths is required.
* A QFA qualification is highly desirable or actively working towards it within 9 months of joining.
* Previous experience in the life assurance industry or financial services is advantageous.
