THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Production-Focused) with 2–3+ years of experience who enjoys executing, refining, and producing high-quality visual assets across a wide range of digital and print deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will join an organized, creative, and marketing-savvy design team to support execution and production of established visual concepts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all materials.
This position offers hands-on exposure to a wide variety of projects while allowing you to continue strengthening your production, layout, and technical design skills.
This role will focus primarily on digital and production-oriented design work, including website graphics, infographics, marketing assets, and ongoing updates to existing materials, with some print support as needed.

What You'll Do
Support the marketing and design team by executing visual assets based on established creative direction and brand guidelines
Create and update a variety of deliverables including website graphics, infographics, social media assets, email marketing graphics, presentations, sales collateral, and event materials
Support production design tasks such as resizing, formatting, versioning, updating existing assets, and preparing files for digital and print use
Assist with layout-heavy projects requiring strong attention to spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners across multiple offices
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Apply feedback efficiently and implement revisions with care and precision
Help ensure visual consistency and quality across all deliverables
Stay current on design tools, workflows, and production best practices

What Your Resume Shows
While we value attitude and potential, successful candidates will likely bring:
2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Graphic Designer, or in a related role
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience producing digital assets such as website graphics, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, and presentations
Hands-on experience with production design and file preparation (formats, resolution, exporting, and version control)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
Strong foundational knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition
Experience supporting simple animations, GIFs, or light motion content is a plus
Familiarity with Figma and AI-assisted design tools is a plus
A portfolio that demonstrates clean execution, consistency, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
