MACE Rathass - Part-Time Barista
MACE Rathass is seeking a part-time Barista to join our fantastic team.
This role is to cover maternity leave for the Barista / Deli department. Successful candidates must be available for flexible hours and days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to delight our customers
* Keep work and service areas clean and tidy at all times
* Receive and process payments
* Be an enthusiastic team player
* Maintain and restock clean crockery
* Ensure brewing equipment operates properly and safely, and report any maintenance needs
* Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Follow Health & Safety regulations
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Barista
* Effective communication skills with customers, clients, and staff
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to the role
* Positive 'can-do' attitude
* Willingness to learn
* Experience in customer service or similar environment is an advantage but not necessary
