We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.We are currently recruiting an Early Careers Lead to join our HR team, an opportunity to shape and influence the future of early careers within a leading Irish law firm.The RoleOur Early Careers function is of great importance to Mason Hayes & Curran, especially with graduate and trainee numbers increasing each year. This is an exciting and dynamic role, which acts as the primary HR point of contact for all Student, Internship, Trainee Solicitor and Newly Qualified Solicitor programmes within the firm. The successful candidate will manage the full early careers lifecycle; from attraction and recruitment through to development, qualification, and progression - working closely with partners, HR colleagues, and external stakeholders. This will include a mix of candidate and client management to ensure seamless processes are in place, with a view to delivering an exceptional experience to all involved stakeholders.Requirements3+ years experience in early careers / graduate programme management, or equivalent experience in HR, recruitment and / or L&D, ideally within legal or professional services.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and programmes simultaneously.Meticulous approach to process, compliance, and candidate experience.Passion for working in a fast paced, busy environment.Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Critical thinking mindset and strong attention to detail.Related third level qualification is an advantage.Why Mason Hayes & Curran?Excellent remuneration and benefits package; pension, healthcare & bonus.Friendly, open and informal working atmosphere.Flexible / hybrid working arrangements.Focus on employee involvement, wellbeing and success.Social events, clubs and initiatives (Green Team, Working on Wellness, subsidised fitness classes, MHC RISE, Diversity, Sports & Social and Art Committee).Strong track record in CSR programmes, pro bono work and charitable efforts.Learn more about Mason Hayes & CurranLearn more about a Career at Mason Hayes & Curran HERE
