Operations Manager (Water / Utilities) Location: Kilkenny OR Offaly (Regional Travel) | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 DOE + Car, Fuel Card & Pension The Company A growing civil engineering contractor delivering key infrastructure and utilities projects across Ireland. With a strong presence in water and wastewater works and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, the business continues to expand its operations across the Southeast and Midlands. The Role A senior operational role overseeing the delivery of multiple water and utilities projects, ensuring performance across programme, quality, safety, and cost. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and technical specifications Monitor budgets, KPIs, and overall project performance Lead site teams and support recruitment, training, and development Act as key point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders Drive programme delivery across a high-volume portfolio of works The Person Background in water, wastewater, or utilities infrastructure projects Open to candidates from Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar roles Strong leadership and multi-project delivery experience Good commercial awareness and ability to manage performance across projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred The Package €80k - €100k salary depending on experience Company car Fuel card Pension Location: Kilkenny OR Offaly.
