As Care Manager, Will Be Responsible For
* Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
* Supervising and supporting care staff.
* Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
What Were Looking For
* NMBI-registered Nurse (essential).
* Experience with older people (preferred, not essential).
* Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
* Full riving licence required.
* Kind, proactive, and professional approach.
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience is a plus.
