What you will do
We have a vacancy for a Project Support Administrator based in our Dublin Office. You will provide administrative and coordination support for the wider Project team. Other responsibilities include:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and Engineers including documentation, scheduling, and report updates/queries.
* Track and update project progress reports, timesheets, and material orders while maintaining clear communication with the team.
* Maintain accurate project files and records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
* Promote adherence to company quality, safety and environmental issues.
* Liaise with Procurement, Stores, and Accounts to support project delivery and invoicing.
Profile / Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience preferably in a complex project environment (Construction, Infrastructure).
* Extensive use of Microsoft Office applications – especially Visio, Excel and Outlook.
* Work well under pressure and to a high standard of accuracy.
* Any experience using an SAP application would be desirable.
* Full & Clean Irish Driver’s licence.
