Main Responsibilities
Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
To anticipate guest's needs and ensure that service is exceptional
Work with the Front Office team to complete the tasks for the day
Handle any guest's concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
The shifts will include weekend work.
This is a full time permanent role
The Ideal Candidate For This Position
A minimum of 1 years previous Hotel Reception experience
Previous Hotsoft knowledge is desirable
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Professional demeanour and excellent grooming standards
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Be able to cope well under pressure
