Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Enterprise Sales team to streamline the end-to-end sales process.
* Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professional excellence.
* Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure bespoke merchandise orders meet client specifications and deadlines.
* Generate accurate quotes and process high-volume orders using our internal CRM and tracking systems.
* Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are accurate for future marketing and sales initiatives.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a sales support or high-level administrative role, preferably within the marketing or promotional industry.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Location: Candidates must ideally live locally or within a short commute of Tallaght.
Remuneration
* Base Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 (Depending on Experience).
* Commission: Opportunity to earn an additional sales commission.
