In thisfield-based role, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a diverse client portfolio, including independent veterinary practices, corporate groups, and buying groups, across the Republic of Ireland. You'll also play an active role in supporting themarketing teamon strategic projects.You'll promote a well-established range of products and collaborate closely with theTechnical Services Vetto deliver effective product positioning and herd health solutions tailored to client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesRetain and develop existing customer accounts while driving new business growthBuild and maintain strong client relationships to maximise product sales within your regionDevelop account growth plans, working collaboratively with internal teams for supportDeliver engaging product presentations and educational materialsKeep accurate and up-to-date records of customer data and activities in the CRM systemEngage with key stakeholders and assist in technical and marketing visitsComplete reports and documentation accurately and on timeAchieve agreed sales objectives and contribute to market insight and analysisSupport field-based initiatives and continuous improvement projectsHandle customer queries promptly and professionallyWhat We're Looking ForFull, clean Irish driving licence and eligibility to work in the Republic of IrelandValid passport and willingness to travel within the UK and EU5+ years' sales experience in the animal health sector (preferably pharmaceuticals)Educational background or hands-on experience in animal science, with strong knowledge of the ruminant industryMarketing experience is desirableA passion for farmingExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsCompetence in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systemsBased within the Republic of Ireland with weekday availability (hybrid role, minimum 3 field days per week)Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events, conferences, or overnight staysWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salaryQuarterly performance-related bonusCompany car25 days' annual leave plus public holidaysDeath in service cover and travel insurance from day onePension and private healthcare (after 3 months)Full product training and ongoing support from the National Sales Manager and Technical TeamIf you're passionate about theruminant sector, thrive on building lasting client relationships, and want to contribute to a company making a genuine difference in animal health, we'd love to hear from you.For more information, please contactKateatIRL or email-
