Customer Service Executive – Waterford
This position involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while promoting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing solutions to meet client needs and overcoming objections to close sales.
* Chasing leads provided by the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
* Updating customer information in line with data protection guidelines and compliance regulations.
* Setting up client accounts and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
* Processing renewals and mid-term adjustments to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Handling incoming sales and customer service calls with professionalism.
* Capturing essential customer information, including contact details and dates of birth.
* Monitoring changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly.
* Reporting rate increases to management and providing customer feedback on a regular basis.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service in a similar role.
* APA or CIP qualifications.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
