Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing accurate and timely financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and SMEs.
* Handling the preparation and filing of VAT, income tax, and corporation tax returns.
* Contributing to audit engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Developing monthly management accounts for a diverse client portfolio, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 1 year of practice experience in an accountancy firm. Ideally, they should be IATI Qualified or working towards it. Proficiency in using Xero, Bright Accounts Production, and ROS is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, are also required.
