We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Warehouse Co-Ordinator
to oversee the efficient running of our warehouse and distribution activities in our Limerick Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
* Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure accuracy on our internal stock control systems.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Report on warehouse performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
