The role of Clinical Nurse Manager is a vital part in the delivery of nursing and social care to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are maintained across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure the highest standards of nursing and social care are delivered to each resident through effective clinical practice and policy implementation.
* To work closely with staff members in all areas to maintain consistent standards.
* To identify concerns, escalate them, and implement action plans with the Director of Nursing.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for reviewing residents with pressure sores or sustained falls/clinically unwell through comprehensive assessments and documentation ensuring appropriate management plans are put in place. Additionally they will troubleshoot ongoing clinical issues, non-clinical issues escalating as necessary to the Director of Nursing.
