Job Title:
A Construction Project Coordinator position is available to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site.
About the Role:
* Conduct site operations in accordance with established safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Maintain high-quality standards by implementing quality control measures and adhering to project-specific guidelines.
* Ensure accurate information dissemination to site teams regarding setting-out details.
* Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, designers, and subcontractors.
* Review design plans to ensure adequate construction data is provided.
* Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and general workforce, prioritizing efficiency and program objectives.
* Manage site records and logs, documenting discussions/meetings with designers and subcontractors.
* Optimize profit through effective self-management, accuracy, and contractual awareness.
* Promote a cohesive team environment, following direction and attending meetings as necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
* A minimum of two years' experience as a civil site engineer, preferably with a main contractor, subcontractor, or surveying firm.
* Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
