As we continue to grow and diversify, we are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative & Sales Support Assistant to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations team across multiple business streams, including:
* Organisation and management of the overall administrative function while overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow
* Event bookings (corporate, private, seasonal events)
* House tours and group bookings
* Self-catering accommodation reservations
* General visitor and sales enquiries
* Database management
* Supporting marketing campaigns (Mailchimp newsletters, mailing lists, promotions)
* Administrative coordination across departments
* Assisting with reporting, invoicing, and sales tracking
* Support the Marketing Role in various tasks
* Maintaining exceptional customer service standards from enquiry to post-visit follow-up
This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements
Experience is essential. Applicants must demonstrate:
* Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a senior administrative or sales support role
* Proven experience in booking systems, reservations management, or event administration
* Strong sales support background with the ability to handle client enquiries professionally
* Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* A calm, solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
