We are hiring experienced Food & Beverage Operations Managers for 4- and 5-star hotels across Ireland.
This role is perfect for a driven professional ready to lead F&B teams across restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring top service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily F&B operations across outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting
Assist with budgets, cost control, and profitability
Collaborate with kitchen teams on menus and quality
Maintain high service and food standards
Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff
Coordinate weddings, conferences, and events
Manage suppliers and stock control
Keep up with industry trends and suggest improvements
Requirements 2+ years' experience in F&B management in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Strong operational knowledge of food service, bars, and events
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passionate about guest experience
Flexible for evenings, weekends, and events
