Restaurant Supervisor Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist with the operational management of the restaurant.
* Meet and greet customers in a polite, friendly, and inviting manner.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
* Conduct day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including ensuring that all tasks are completed.
* Develop and train team members, ensuring the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
* Organize, delegate, and supervise all members of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* A positive attitude.
* Strong understanding of hotel operations.
* Ability to work on their own initiative.
* Good command of the English language.
* Experience working in a hotel setting, specifically within a busy restaurant environment.
