Trade Counter Sales Representative
to join their dynamic team in

In this role, you'll be the face of the business, assisting customers with their building material and DIY needs.
You'll provide expert advice, maintain a well-stocked and organized store, and work closely with the warehouse and yard teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Whether you're advising on products, processing sales, or supporting stock management, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to better understand and meet their needs.
Gain and share knowledge about products and services to advise customers effectively.
Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
Assist with inventory checks and stock management tasks.
Work closely with warehouse and yard teams to process and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Adhere to company policies and health and safety guidelines
Key Skills
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Familiarity with plumbing, heating products, or building materials is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to tasks.
Basic IT skills and familiarity with digital systems.
