Coffee Operations Leader We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our European coffee business.
This role is responsible for driving operational performance, quality control, and execution of our coffee estate across 11 European markets.
Own the operational performance of our European coffee business, ensuring uptime improvement, reduction of technical downtime, and service cost control.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in multi-site retail or QSR environments and a strong understanding of coffee operations, equipment, and quality systems.
They will be able to manage suppliers effectively and deliver complex projects across multiple markets.
