General Nursing Role
We are currently recruiting for a nursing professional to deliver high-quality care to inpatients.
* Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
* Support and guide colleagues as needed.
* Act as a mentor and preceptor to new staff members.
* Liaise with educators to develop UPMC Whitfield Hospital as a learning environment for student nurses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a patient-centred approach to care.
