Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
1. Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on motor vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
2. Accurately document diagnoses, completed work, and parts used, following group and manufacturer standards.
3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
4. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers, and consistently work to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years experience in a dealership or similar environment.
* Strong technical knowledge and customer service skills are essential, along with a full driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work.
