The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility (part-time or full-time) and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects nationwide. The Recruitment Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that Clerkin Connect continues to deliver an outstanding recruitment service in the construction and MMC space. The role will ideally suit a candidate with 2-3 years experience in the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across construction and MMC projects.
* Develop candidate pipelines through proactive networking and engagement.
* Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
* Oversee compliance and ensure a smooth recruitment journey for all stakeholders.
* Contribute to the growth and reputation of Clerkin Connect within the industry.
About You
Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction or related technical sectors.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish construction landscape and/or MMC.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
* Highly organised with a focus on delivering results.
