€75-80k + Transport/Allowance, Bonus, PensionRequired for leading residential developer/contractor who have been operating successfully for 30+ years' and are currently undertaking a 10-storey residential project in Dublin 15.Opportunity to progress into #No.1 Safety Manager for the companies high-density division.Key responsibilities
• Take ownership of the project's Construction Safety & Health Plan
• Promote safety culture on site with a visible on-the-ground presence
• Play an active role in the selection and vetting of subcontractors prior to commencement
• Actively engage with our subcontractors to review and improve safe practices
• Oversee the Site Induction and Access Control process
• Work closely with the logistics foreman on the development of lifting plans, delivery and access arrangements, and materials movement across the site
• Implement the Plant / Equipment and personnel training certification trackers
• Review all subcontractor safety related documentation to assess its fitness for purpose
• Carry out regular inspections / audits of the works, identifying areas for improvement and
holding subcontractors to account for underperformance on safety matters
• Ensure that a suitable system of permitting is in place and oversee the license xsokbrc applications
process relating to public roads
• Accurately record all safety related incidents and compile information on trends
•Lead the Safety messaging and site safety notice board system
