Job Title
Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist – The Killarney Towers Hotel, part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection.
Responsibilities
Manage all reception duties, working as part of the wider Front Office Team.
Ensure guests are satisfied through prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly, efficient manner.
Anticipate guest needs and provide service beyond expectations.
Apply strong knowledge of front office standards of performance and delivery.
Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone as per company standards.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues in your department and related departments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is an advantage.
Team player with ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented, with a desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system would be an advantage but is not essential.
Fluent English language skills are essential.
