Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin.

What You'll Do
As our new
Brand Manager, Innovation
you will be responsible for leading the delivery of key innovation and renovation projects for our FMB (Flavoured Malt Beverage) portfolio, including Mike's Hard Lemonade and Cayman Jack.
As part of our Global Innovation team, you will translate market and consumer insights into winning product and brand initiatives, partnering closely with US and global stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to bring new concepts to market at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Innovation Director in delivering the 3–5 year project pipeline to enable future brand development.
Partner with US and global teams to execute innovation projects to a high standard, driving alignment across briefs, decision points, and delivery expectations.
Work with local market distributor teams to unlock market insights and translate learning into actionable innovation recommendations and launch considerations.
Drive consumer learning through structured consumer engagement and testing, synthesizing insights into clear opportunities to inform innovation direction.
Manage agencies and consultants to deliver brand audits, competitor analysis, concept development, and consumer testing that is compelling, on brief, and decision-ready.
Lead briefs with the Vancouver-based Liquid Innovation Centre to develop new liquids for existing brands and new-to-world innovation.
Brief and manage design partners on flavour and line extension developments, ensuring creative outputs align with consumer insights, brand strategy, and pack requirements.
Manage the briefing of all legal and compliance requirements
Support our innovation planning cycle, working closely with relevant teams to ensure critical timings and deadlines are captured and that we adhere to planning schedule
Create and deliver weekly project reports and updates to key stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience delivering innovation or new-to-market brand projects end-to-end for consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage brands.
US and/or global innovation experience, including partnering with US-based stakeholders and delivering projects across multiple markets.
Demonstrated project management capability, including managing agencies and research partners to deliver insights, creative development, and testing outputs.
Experience briefing cross-functional partners (e.g., liquid development, design, legal/compliance) and driving delivery through key milestones.
Category experience in FMB (Flavoured Malt Beverage), spirits, beer, wine, and/or Ready-to-Drink (RTD).
