Site Service Manager
Job Overview:
Oversee all activities on the site to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Collaborate with project managers to resource, budget, and deliver projects on time.
Manage a team of engineers to provide support, make changes, and innovate for clients.
Support the career development and growth of associates on site.
Resource and deliver projects and managed services requirements.
Measure and report team performance to stakeholders.
Lead monthly service review meetings.
Develop and agree KPIs to measure performance in conjunction with clients.
Ensure timely closure of safety or quality actions items.
Support client systems lifecycle strategy.
Requirements:
* Science or Engineering Degree qualification.
* Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
* Excellent cross-functional people management skills.
* Strategic thinking to drive innovation and add value to services.
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams to continually deliver.
