We are looking for a dynamic evening Part-Time Evening Facilities Operative to join us to support our daily projects.

This role is based on 18 hours per week

Working pattern: Tuesday to Friday from 14:45 to 21:15 (depending on the event)

Location: Dublin 4

****IMMEDIATE START****

This role requires a hands-on individual with strong facilities and caretaking experience, capable of supporting evening operations including light maintenance, room setups for events, general building upkeep, and acting as a point of contact for on-site queries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities and duties:


* Respond and action planned reactive building repairs and respond to queries from staff and visitors.
* Supporting events, meeting room arrangements and removal of discarded materials.
* Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
* Be a able to monitor and escalate issues that may arise with mechanical and electrical services (fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC systems)
* DIY Skills
* Office and churn management, relocation of furniture as well as meeting and event room set ups.
* Taking ownership and be accountable for all aspects of above stated role ensuring tasks delivery is within timeframe, high quality and excellent customer satisfaction.
* Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in delivery of facilities services requested by the client
* Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise including Fire alarms.
* Meets and greets visitors at reception and direct them accordingly.
* Point of contact for client related queries, directs to relevant person for attention
* Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you

Requirements:

* Front of House Reception experience
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
* Personal presentation must be of a high standard.
