As our Irish business continues to grow, we’re strengthening our technical capability with a dedicated Technical Support Engineer—a role that sits at the centre of troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and keeping critical assets operational. This is your opportunity to become the go‑to technical expert supporting frontline service engineers, customers, and internal teams. Based in either Dublin or Wexford, you will be the primary point for technical escalation, helping diagnose complex equipment issues, guiding field engineers, and ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely technical responses. With a planned retirement of a senior engineer and increasing service demands, this role is essential to maintaining our technical depth, reducing downtime, and supporting reliable service delivery across Ireland.
Responsibilities
Act as the central technical contact for troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Provide specialist support to service engineers, customers, and internal teams
Analyse issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolutions
Support and maintain service response obligations
Capture, retain, and share technical knowledge across the service organisation
Escalate complex issues appropriately and liaise with relevant technical experts
Assist in protecting service continuity during periods of increased workload
Contribute to operational reliability and overall service performance
Qualifications
Experience with mechanical, electrical, or rotating equipment (pumps desirable)
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
Background in industrial maintenance, service engineering, or similar environment
Ability to interpret technical data, fault patterns, and equipment behaviour
Confidence supporting internal and external stakeholders
A proactive approach to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
