Role: CSA Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Summary of Role & Responsibilities
The CSA Project Quantity Surveyor manages all financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of large-scale civil, structural, and architectural packages, particularly within their Renewables business unit. This role requires cradle-to-grave commercial delivery, from tender preparation through to final accounts, focusing on maximizing commercial benefit for the company.
Key Deliverables:

Commercial Management: Manage internal and client commercial meetings, detailed reporting on project commercial status, and administer contract obligations.

Cost & Account Control: Skilled in budgeting, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and profit planning. Issue interim and final accounts and manage accurate monthly progress applications (remeasures, dayworks, claims).

Subcontractor Management: Manage all subcontractor accounts, including interim valuations, final accounts, and ensuring timely processing of payments and retentions.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and promptly report potential commercial risks to Senior Management.

Compliance: Maintain strict information security and comply with the [Company's] Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Necessary Requirements

Education: 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, procurement processes, and relevant contract forms (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, JCT).

Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, negotiation, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and prioritize.
