Electrical Maintenance Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to join our team.
This is a challenging role that requires a qualified electrician with advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including instrumentation, PLCs, and Variable Speed Drives.
* Perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems, ensuring plant safety and reliability.
* Train electricians on electrical systems and instrumentation, enhancing their fault-finding abilities.
* Oversee a team of maintenance electricians, apprentices, and contractor electricians.
* Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled electricians in a highly automated industrial setting. You must be proficient in switchgear, MCC controls, relay logic, and various AC and DC voltage systems. Additionally, you should possess high-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
