BDE Manager - Kelco/Vodafone Ireland. Location: West Ireland (Hybrid / Regional). Salary: Competitive Base + OTE €60k+. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Kelco Communications is seeking an ambitious and experienced BDE Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Vodafone Business Development Executive team focused on SME and B2B sales growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive new business performance, coach sales talent, and deliver against aggressive commercial targets. This role covers a team of BDE executives across the West of Ireland, from Donegal to Cork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Business Development Executives
Drive new business acquisition across mobile, broadband and digital solutions
Manage team performance, KPIs, pipelines and forecasting
Implement sales strategies, call plans and conversion improvements
Recruit, onboard and develop new BDE talent
Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting
Work closely with senior management teams
Requirements
3+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development
1-2 years' experience managing or mentoring a sales team
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full clean driving licence (if field-based)
Desirable
Telecoms, SaaS or technology sales experience
CRM experience
SME sales background
