About the RoleWe're looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our interiors showroom team. An interest in interiors and an eye for detail will help you flourish in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers to the showroom and provide warm, attentive serviceSupport customers in choosing furniture, fabrics, colours and finishesShare product knowledge and inspire customers with styling suggestionsDrive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable itemsKeep the showroom beautifully presented, tidy and aligned with visual standardsAssist with merchandising, product displays and seasonal updatesHandle orders, quotations and general customer follow-upsSupport the team with daily showroom tasksSkills & ExperiencePrevious retail or customer service experienceA genuine interest in interiors, furniture, or home stylingStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyA positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approachGood organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic digital tools (Canva or similar is a bonus)Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive teamWho You AreYou're approachable, creative, and enjoy helping people make choices for their home.
