Restaurant Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. They will collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager on menu planning and food service standards.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will lead, train, and manage a team of 8–10 staff, managing rostering, ordering, and departmental financials. Ensuring HACCP compliance and general food service duties will be key responsibilities.
Delivering an outstanding guest experience through excellent customer service will also be crucial. Participating in Duty Manager shifts as required will be an important part of the role.
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
* Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
* HACCP certified and fluent in English (spoken & written).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
* A team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude and flexible availability.
