Responsibilities
* Providing guidance and direction to nursing staff
* Supervising, mentoring, and developing; including staff rostering, delegation, and performance management
* Overseeing daily operations
* Facilitating communication between healthcare teams
* Assisting in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives
* Identifying and managing risks within the area of responsibility
* Assisting in the management of nursing budgets
* Contributing to service planning and development

What would you need
* Previous experience in the nursing sector in Ireland (Minimum 10 years)
* Previous experience as an ADON preferable; however CNMs with 5+ years experience welcome
* NMBI PIN number
* 2 previous employment references
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards
* A fluent level of English both written and oral is essential
* Own transport is desirable but not essential
