Overview
Commercial Risk Solutions is recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join the Shannon team. Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of national and consumer accounts, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of varied businesses within a busy and proactive broking environment
* Handling clients’ renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, addressing day-to-day client and carrier queries, and completing administrative duties
* Providing support to the designated claims team in handling insurance claims
* Assisting colleagues across a range of general lines products as required
* Reviewing policy wording
* Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through delivering market-leading service
* Securing and retaining clients by delivering excellent service
* Assisting the Shannon team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver excellent service
* Participating in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients
* Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities
* Maintaining high standards of compliance and adherence to broking best practice
* Following all management audit requirements
* Other duties that may arise as the business requires
Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success
* A few years of relevant commercial broking experience
* Comply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank
* CIP qualified (minimum); progress to ACII desirable
* Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards
* Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (minimum 2 years)
* Strong knowledge across a range of General insurance products
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleagues
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
* Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives
* Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous applied relay experience would be advantageous but not necessary
