Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing Consultant to develop a scalable client-acquisition funnel for LTBN Dublin. The primary focus of this role is to design, and optimise paid advertising campaigns with an emphasis on Meta ads, to ensure a consistent flow of new clients.You will be responsible for managing the full funnel, including campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, landing page optimisation, and performance tracking. If you have expertise in additional channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, or other paid strategies, we are open to incorporating them where appropriate.This position offers flexibility and autonomy. Success in the role will be measured by the reliability and effectiveness of the client-acquisition system you build.QualificationsStrong experience with Meta advertising and digital performance marketingAbility to build and manage complete funnels (ads, landing pages, tracking, optimisation)Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven decision makingExperience across additional channels (Google, TikTok, SEO) is advantageousExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and deliver consistent results
